New Fork The Hague | a small green house
New Fork opened their first branch in Rotterdam Centre. With this new concept back then, serving healthy, fresh sandwiches every day, they took their place in the market. After opening their third branch in Rotterdam, they decided to take their game to The Hague. As you all know, we like to visit the New kids in town!
New Fork in The Hague has a very different vibe that all the other ones. The place is, size-wise, smaller but it still has the open feeling with much natural light coming through the floor to ceiling windows. We love how green the place looks, not only coming from the fancy green, Instagrammable tiles but also from the plants. Gives the feeling that you are wandering in a small greenhouse. The interior is modern, almost minimal (check out that floor!). They have a few window seats where you can hang out or if you want something more comfortable; there is also small corner seat with wall benches. Of course, enough power sockets to keep your computer going strong.
The menu is quite similar to the other branches in Rotterdam. A lot of healthy juices, smoothies and sandwich options. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans as well. We tried on of their tropical smoothies, which tasted very refreshing without being too sweet. We couldn’t leave without trying the sandwiches. Thick slices of bread with homemade beet-spread squished in between. If you don’t want all of that, they also have coffee and salads ;). They are open till 18:00 every day and offering meals that you can take out if you don’t have the time to cook.
